Talk Title: Vulnerability Assessment
Description: Vulnerability assessment is the process of identifying and assigning the level of severity of security defects in the system. The event will be covering the topics of types of vulnerability assessments, steps of the vulnerability security scanning process, and tools used for vulnerability assessments.
Speaker's Bio: Sanaz is a Senior Information Security Analyst at TD, Academic Chair at WiCyS, and a lecturer at Seneca College. Before joining TD she worked as a Digital Forensic Analyst at Charles River Associates. She graduated from the University of Guelph and received her master's degree in Computer Science. She has experience in different areas from applying ML and DL in attack detection and attribution, threat Intelligence, vulnerability assessment, business email compromise investigation, incident response, etc.
